Religious Education
Welcome to the St. Mary Religious Education Program
At St. Mary Parish we provide Religious Education classes from Pre-Communion through Confirmation. Children are strongly encouraged to continue throughout our curriculum to be eligible in making each Sacrament.
Our goals are:
- To teach the Catholic faith
- To encourage a commitment to Jesus Christ
- To create a community spirit that inspires active participation in parish life
- To encourage prayer which leads to a deeper relationship with a loving God
- Our parish reminds parents of their responsibility as primary instructors of our Catholic faith. It is the role of St. Mary Religious Education to assist rather than replace the parental duty to nurture the faith in their children.
